About this Event
Taryn will read her newly published book 'Slip THUD' and we will have songs, dancing and lots of fun!
Slip THUD! is Taryn’s first children’s picture book and is inspired by her family adventures in the local Aldinga Scrub.
Wear warm, old clothes, gumboots, a rain jacket and a hat.
Buy the book Slip THUD! for $15 (cash only) and get it signed by Taryn!
For ages 2-8 years. Families welcome.
Bookings essential! Please book in children only, adult tickets are not required.
Parent or caregiver supervision is required at this activity.
This event will be held in the Hart Road Wetland area. Follow Rowley Road all the way along until you come to a park on one side and the Hart Road Wetland on the other . (You can't go too far as you will come to a dead end.) There is plenty of parking next to the park and Hart Road Wetland.
Please note the nearest toilet facilities are Aldinga Bay Boat Ramp - 210 Esplanade, Aldinga Beach
If the weather is inclement, we will relocate to Aldinga Library and will advise of this by sms.

About Taryn Gough
Taryn Gough lives in a beautiful part of South Australia surrounded by vineyards, hills, scrubland and beaches. She has worked in higher education for over twelve years. Taryn considers her family to be most important to her. With two young children she is immersed in the world of picture books every evening.
Taryn has always had a passion for reading and writing and hopes to be an inspiration for her children to follow their dreams. Slip THUD! is Taryn’s first children’s picture book.
