On Packing Day we gather, sort all the community donations and pack those beautiful boxes to send to our local heroes. Our packing room is in the back of the building on the left at 101 Mission Drive in Slidell. All our faithful volunteers and the interested public are welcome to join in and help. After packing some of our volunteers will be going to Wine Market (2051 Gause Blvd, Slidell) for lunch. Lunch is open to any packing volunteer that would like to join in. All orders and costs are at the individual's expense. The Wine Market is one of SLFL's longest loyal supporters. They have donated countless gift baskets over the years for raffle fundraisers as well as Bushwacker Golf Tournament Hole Sign Sponsorships.
