The world famous Giants Causeway, Glens of Antrim lumper potatoes, Lough Neagh eel, pollan & dollaghan, Rathlin Island kelp seaweed & lobsters, Ballycastle Yellaman, Larne rare breed pork , Glenarm lamb, Portrush Beer, Bushmills whiskey & even the Ballymena coconut! This evening, award winning Dublin chef Rob Curley of Slemish Market Supper Club based in Ballymena will cook a 6 + course meal of tantalizing Co. Antrim produce in unique & innovative ways whilst telling the story of the Saffron county in the wonderful setting of the Fumbally Stables.
