Join me on a Sunday afternoon as I offer something a little bit different from the usual monthly Soundbath. If you enjoy the gongs then you’re in for a treat as I’ll be playing the earth, wind and sun gongs and ending with therapeutic percussion.
We’ll begin the session with calming breathwork and guided meditation to relax our minds and bodies which will lead us into the sounds of Himalayan singing bowls then the gongs.
This will be a deeply relaxation experience, a beautiful way to end the weekend and reset for the week ahead
