This is a very unique and therapeutic yoga session for deep relaxation where we combine the vibrational sound therapy of our crystal singing bowls and gongs with gentle posture movement to restore balance and harmony in the body, mind and spirit.
This session will take place in a candlelit room for a very relaxing experience. This experience has a powerful, deep, meditative quality, which inspires you to explore your experience moment by moment and breath by breath.
Sound therapy and yoga both promote healing at a cellular level. The combination of the two help individuals to integrate the many physical and emotional benefits of each healing modality and allow for faster transformation.
As we stretch, we essentially open our energy centers, our emotions and our body. It’s when we are open that we can release and heal.
Maria will guide you through a series of gentle yoga stretches to relax and further open your body and healing potential.
All stretches will be done from the comfort of your lounge. You will not be on the floor for this session. No yoga experience is necessary.
We use the powerful force of our crystal singing bowls to stir the senses. The crystal singing bowls work to project sound into our body to restore us back into healthy harmonic patterns. Every atom, molecule, cell, gland, and organ of the human body absorbs the sound and gets realigned. By the end of this session, you will enter into a more relaxed and peaceful state of being!
The sounds being played during this experience not only work to clear the chakras, but also help you to clear emotional, mental, physical and spiritual stagnation so new creative energies can begin to flow into your life.
This is a very therapeutic and rich experience that draws your attention inward, raises your awareness, helps you to let go and leaves you feeling purified and cleansed.
