In a land far away, a King and Queen are celebrating the joy of their first-born daughter Rose. When they accidently forget to invite the wicked fairy, she places a curse on Rose: to prick her finger on a spindle before her 18th birthday and die. A good fairy mitigates to curse to fall asleep until she receives true loves kiss.
