There are times in our lives when a good night's sleep seems so beyond our reach! In this workshop, we will go through some of the, maybe forgotten, basics, but also some new practices and ideas. Give yourself this gift of a few hours to unwind, relax, and reset.
Guided by Jess, an advanced yoga teacher with a passion for creating community and empowering others to help themselves through mind/body connection. Experience new skills from a variety of different disciplines, alongside gentle & restorative yoga; resulting in a state of blissful relaxation & an empowering set of tools to start your sleep reset journey!
