About this Event
Please note that this event is available to Warwickshire parents ONLY
Sleep issues are common for children and young people and can have a huge impact on the quality of family life.
This two-hour interactive workshop is suitable for parents/carers whose children are aged 1+years and covers:
· The importance of sleep
· Understanding of sleep science
· Causes of sleep issues
· Strategies to help
This session will be delivered by Warwickshire's Parent Programme facilitators who have been trained to a high standard by The National Sleep Charity.
For more information on the National Sleep Charity please visit: https://thesleepcharity.org.uk/
This is a general overview and if further support and advice is identified, contacts and referral pathways will be available at the end of the workshop.
Even though the workshop is being held in a school setting, parents whose children attend other settings are also welcome.
We regret that we are unable to offer childcare for parents to attend the programme and unable to accommodate children in the room due to limited numbers.
