Fiona Brennan is a distinguished coach specialising in self-leadership and mindfulness, delivering impactful keynote addresses, and facilitating corporate training sessions in the areas of sleep optimization, lifestyle medicine, compassion-based resilience, positive psychology, and public speaking excellence.

Broadcaster Clare McKenna has worked in TV and radio for over 20 years. As presenter of Newstalk's health and wellness show Alive and Kicking, she turned her personal passion into her professional life and recently qualified as an Integrative Health Coach. Clare shares her holistic view of health through her business Nourish Yourself with online courses, webinars and events.
