Parachute Home and Alice Mushrooms invite you to a complimentary sound bath to kick off Sleep Week!
Join us for a deeply relaxing evening led by Rita Oliveira Turner from Maha Rose, featuring the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls to melt away stress and lull you into a state of deep relaxation.
To make the night even dreamier, we’ll be serving alice Nightcap chocolates and Nightcap hot cocoa — formulated to help you relax and drift into deep, restorative sleep.
