Restorative Yoga is slow, restful yoga with fully supported poses (held for 5-15 minutes, each), which are great for incorporating rest and relaxation. Paired with a book of your choice, and our instrumental Sleepy Bois playlist, you'll be invited to enjoy some quality reading and resting time.
Please bring a yoga mat if you have one, as well as a couple warm blankets, and a yoga bolster or VERY firm/thick pillow or stuffed animal.
Please dress for comfort and movement. If you have any additional yoga props like blocks, straps, etc., please bring them, too.

Sensory Notes: We often turn the lights out for this class and let the sunlight light the room. The AC vents on the floor can sometimes be very cold. Please keep that in mind with mat placement.
Parking: Parking is free on Market street in the evenings.
We ask that if you do take photos in class, you make sure everyone want to be in your photos. 🙂
We do not offer refunds or credits for classes, but your reservation can be transferred to another student by you, for the same class.
