This workshop will go beyond the surface level on how these three are linked together and teach you how it can affect you and your health, and what you can do about it. We will specifically discuss the six pillars of stress:Physical
Mental
Emotional
Social
Existential
Environmental stress
Participants will learn how these stressors can affect their deeper health and ways to address them. The workshop will also discuss what it means to get a good night’s sleep and best practices to have better sleep hygiene.
This workshop will be led by Health Coach and Personal Trainer, Lisa Fisher. Lisa has been involved in the fitness industry for over 10 years and understands that each client she works with is an expert on his or her life. Through partner coaching, Lisa helps clients work towards the healthiest version of themselves.

Additional information: Participants can attend in-person or watch live on Zoom. If you cannot make it to the workshop either in-person or by Zoom Live, we can email the recording of the workshop and the material that will be handed out that night to you. The cost of the workshop is the same whether you attend the workshop in-person or by Zoom.
