Sleep Strategies Workshop Sleep Strategies is a life changing and expert-led two-hour workshop. It is packed with tips and strategies to start practicing tonight to start off your journey to better sleep.
So if you often find yourself struggling to sleep, or staying asleep, and want to learn how to address this now, before it becomes problematic, then this workshop is for you.
This workshop is an introduction to some of the strategies that will be taught in our structured 7 week CBT-i course, a proven effective treatment method for chronic insomnia.
This workshop is led by a clinical psychologist and is set over 2 hours.
