When it comes to babies, no matter how you feed them, experiencing broken sleep happens for everyone. This catch-up is a chance to discuss ways of coping, and also what is normal for infant sleep. Bring your questions and share your experiences to support one another in mothering and parenthood.
There will be an opportunity to speak one-to-one with a breastfeeding counsellor should you wish.
Find us in the Sunshine Room at the Howrah Community Centre. Tea and coffee (dairy milk) and a light morning tea is provided. There is onsite parking, and a secure outdoor play area for toddlers and other children.
Joining ABA is NOT required to attend - this info and chat discussion is a freely available community service.
