Our next Lunch N' Learn workshop will be held on Tuesday, September 9 at 12:00pm and will focus on "Helping You Sleep Better and Improve Heart Health". We will have a guest speaker talk about how sleep affects your health, the importance of sleep, and tips to sleep better. The workshop is $5 to register and you must prepay by delivering your cash (exact change) or check (made payable to Person County Extension) to Room 123 of the County Office Building. Lunch is provided and you will receive handouts and materials on the workshop topic.
