Applicable for Newborn up to Age 4, SLEEP BASICS in-person group class is for you if you're looking for reliable information about:

+ Attachment theory and co-regulation
+ The role of parental emotions in child sleep
+ Tips for juggling your child's needs alongside your own
+ Creating safe sleep spaces for your child
+ Establishing bedtime routines
+ Navigating advice, marketing, and products associated with infant / child sleep
+ Trouble-shooting if your child's sleep falls outside the normal range
One LIVE, interactive 3-hour session, offered in person at our Eau Claire location.
