All crafting styles and all skill levels welcome! Plan on plenty of fun and fellowship with friendly stitchers. Included in your registration is breakfast, with coffee and juice along with snacks and drinks throughout both days. For uninterrupted stitching you can add to this registration the meal package that includes 4 meals (lunch and dinner both days). Bring your projects and all your supplies needed to craft with no interruptions for two 12 hour days! That's 24 hours of stitching!!!! Come and go as you please 9am-9pm on both days.
Everyone who attends both days will receive an AIS Swag bag, will be included in drawings for door prizes, fun demo's and discounts in the shop while in attendance. We will seat two people per eight foot table. Ironing stations and cutting stations will be available.
This would be a great weekend getaway with friends or a chance to make new friends too. Don't delay, registration is limited and expected to fill fast.
Meal information: Breakfast, snacks, soda, water, coffee and tea is included in your $99.99 registration for this event.
If you want to keep on stitching and dine in for the rest of your meals, we are offering lunch and dinner both Friday and Saturday catered by our neighbor Banters Meats and Deli. They will choose meals from the following options:
Lunch: Chicken Salad or Ham Salad or BBQ pulled Pork or Meat cheese tray with buns and chips.
For our Dinner: Smoked Chops or Baked Steak with Gravy or Herb Crusted Chicken and 2 of the following sides: Green Bean Casserole, Hash Brown Casserole, Twice baked potatoes and rolls. Special dietary restrictions cannot be accommodated.
If you prefer you may leave the retreat to dine at any of the local restaurants for your meals. But, this is gonna be some good eating and allows you to not miss a moment of fun!!
