Somewhere between cold wave and doom lies Kristina Esfandiari’s NGHTCRWLR. The mind behind King Woman, Dalmatian and Miserable builds an eerie cosmos of synth, howling, dissonance and beats that conjure up an experimental horror movie. Fittingly, Esfandiari appeared alongside fellow curator pick LUCY in Boy Harsher’s album and film The Runner.
