FAQ

Q: Will I be able to upgrade my ticket at a later date?

A: Unfortunately, we are very limited on seating arrangements due to Covid restrictions. This event will sell out and we will not be accommodate ticket upgrades at that point.

Q: If I get the Shimmer or Gold package will I have access to the online material immediately?

A: Yes! You will receive an email within 48 hours of purchase with details on how to access your course.

Q: When should I fly in?

A: If you have a Shimmer or Gold ticket, you will have your classes set up on Friday during the day. Our Beginner's Certification Course begins at 8A. Our Master's Certification Course begins at 12:30P. I would recommend you fly in on Thursday.

If you have a Bronze ticket, cocktail hour + check ins start at 5P on the rooftop bar. I would recommend you arrive no later than Friday afternoon.

Q: What should I wear?

A: Whatever you feel comfortable in! We want this to be a FUN event so if you are the type of gal that likes to dress to impress, DO IT! If you like to wear yoga pants and a sweatshirt, DO IT! Whatever you fancy is fine by us! No matter what, #youcansitwithus.

Q: What should I bring?

A: A positive attitude, smile, an ID for check ins + your phone to grab each others contacts and snap photos!

Q: What is the weather like in San Diego in October?

A: About 70*-75* during the day and a bit chillier at night. Bring a light sweater if you plan on enjoying some night time festivities!
