Get Ready to Stumble in this boot-camp inspired fitness class that helps you work out while learning basic physical comedy skills.
Each week you’ll be put through an absurd gauntlet of skill-building drills and exercises led by the indefatigable and ridiculously iconic middle school gym teacher, Coach Homan. Learn how to trip, slip, fall, roll, slap, crash, bonk, and run into a wall while breaking a sweat -- but not your nose!
No experience required. Bring your deep foolishness and favorite sweat band.
