From September 8–12, all of our classes are FREE for anyone new to SLAM Columbus — including the much-anticipated reintroduction of our afternoon classes!
SLAM is more than just a workout. We are a community of strong women showing up for ourselves, for each other, and for our families. We lift heavy, run far, chase goals, and cheer each other on through every season of motherhood.
