Dhaka University Marketing Club (DUMARC) is back with Skill Factory Season 08, its flagship skill development initiative, sponsored by SkinCafe, designed to equip students with essential, career oriented professional skills that go beyond textbooks.After seven successful seasons, Skill Factory returns with greater ambition and a stronger focus on practical learning through expert-led sessions, real life case challenges, and competitive teamwork.
Skill Factory Season 08 will be conducted through four structured and interactive sessions, two online and two offline, each designed to address a core professional competency.
Session 01: Case Cracking
Session 02: 360 Degree Marketing
Session 03: To Be Announced
Session 04: To Be Announced
After completing all sessions, teams will be assigned a brand focused case aligned with the session topics. Participants will go through three case-based rounds, which include the following stages:
Round 01: Online Selection Round
Round 02: Expert Evaluated OVC or Online Video Case submission
Round 03: Final Live Case Presentation
Teams will be evaluated on their ability to analyze problems, develop strategies, and present impactful solutions. Detailed information regarding rounds, evaluation criteria, and case submission guidelines will be announced on the event page. Participants are strongly advised to attend all sessions, as every round of the competition will be entirely based on learnings from these sessions.

Rules and Guidelines:
Each team must consist of three members.
Only first and second year undergraduate students of the University of Dhaka are eligible to participate.
Cross department and cross batch teams are permitted.
Registration Fee: BDT 400 per team.
