Carl Cohen has over 3 decades of elite level experience in the business. He will be teaching you 10 ways on how to master Dual Agency in 2025. You will learn if you are representing the buyer or sub-agent for the seller. You will learn your core responsibilities as a buyer agent AND as a seller agent (most agents are unaware of these). You will learn who you are representing at an open house. Do you actually need a transaction coordinator? Lastly, you will learn how to negotiate and articulate the compensation you deserve on both sides.

Adam Ranville will be presenting an extremely advanced master class on how to utilize the power of NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) so you can move beyond words and into authentic connection with a prospect or client. You will learn how to decode body language, how to interpret unspoken words, how to improve your tonality, what your handshake and facial expressions say about you and how to find and remove "credibility killers" when you talk. Adam will also teach you about (Meta Programs) so you can discover which physical sense your prospect/client uses most to perceive, process and respond to important information. This will help improve your closings by 25-30%.

This event will include: a 45 minute keynote presentation from Carl and a 45 minute keynote presentation from Adam...along with a 10-15 minute mastermind to follow.
