Opencast’s opening session for TechNExt 2024 focuses on the skills challenges across public and private sectors, by examining how organisations are responding and growing their in-house capabilities by encouraging the people that work for them to develop new digital skills.

Who this event is for
The talk will interest anyone responsible for digital skills development in their organisation. If you’re working in people teams or wider strategy to ensure your organisation can meet the growing need for digital skills, this event is for you. It will also interest you if you want to find out more about the digital skills challenge.
