Class Experience
Skills and Techniques: Pasta-making (including dough preparation, rolling, and shaping), sauce-making (Bolognese sauce), knife skills (for bruschetta toppings), layering and assembly (for tiramisu).

Homemade Pasta Two Ways (Handmade Tagliatelle with Bolognese Sauce and Spinach Ravioli with Ricotta and Lemon Zest)
Tiramisu with Homemade Ladyfingers and Espresso Mascarpone Cream
Cocktails, beer and wine are available for purchase at the bar.

- Recipes, which will be emailed at the end of class
- Live step-by-step cooking instruction
Classes are approximately 90 minutes – 2 hours
This class is hands-on and may run over/under schedule.
