About this Event
Invitation to Meet The Uniquely Abled Future Employees in Precision Manufacturing
Our program is designed to equip neurodiverse individuals with essential skills and hands-on experience necessary for entry-level positions in precision manufacturing. With over 300 hours of immersive training, we cover key areas such as quality control, safety, shop mathematics, print reading, and operation of manual shop equipment. The primary focus is to teach individuals on the spectrum to set up and operate CNC mills and CNC lathes.
The Open House provides a platform for ATMA members and interested individuals to observe live demonstrations of our students’ competencies, engage with them directly, and discuss potential employment opportunities upon their program completion.
