The CPA Padded Skills Camp is designed to introduce safe and sustainable football movement strategies to coed athletes of all experience levels while enhancing skills and techniques specific to each athlete’s offensive and defensive positions. Participants will wear football gear with the goal of acclimating their bodies to pads. As has been our hallmark, we pledge that camper’s safety and welfare are our top priority. All thud and full contact periods are coordinated by the CPA coaches in a controlled and safe environment. With the goal of promoting long-term athlete development and health, each day consists of a human performance/strength training session as well as an academic/life skills enhancement component. Fun and competitive game play activities will be integrated into each camp session.
