❄️Let’s Kick Off the Ski & Snowboard Season at Steamboat Springs! 🎿It’s that time again! Grab your board or skis (and your Ikon Pass 😉) because we’re heading to Steamboat Springs for our first group trip of the season!
Our past trips have been unforgettable—epic runs, hot cocoa (and other things that helps induce) laughter, and friendships that lasted well beyond the slopes. This time will be no different… except maybe even better?!
🏨 Where We’re Staying:
We’re booked at the Sheraton Steamboat Resort Villas, a true ski-in/ski-out property. Step out the door and—boom—the mountain’s right there!
We have 3 two-bedroom villas (each comfortably sleeps 4-6 people, max 6). The living room’s off-limits for sleeping—reserved for the occasional snorer escape route 😅. That gives us room for 12–18 guests total. If you want individual beds and/or individual rooms, please reach out.
📅 Dates:
Friday, Dec 5 – Friday, Dec 12 (you can join for any part of the week).
💰 Cost:
Weekend (Fri–Mon): $275
Full week or any stay beyond Monday: $375
It’s a gorgeous resort—perfect even if you need to sneak in a few remote works calls between runs.
🍫 What’s Included:
Your lodging + some basic snacks. Bring your favorite munchies or swing by the store when we arrive.
✈️ You’ll Also Need to Budget For:
Round-trip flight to HDN (Yampa Valley Regional Airport), shuttle to the lodge, meals and extras (souvenirs, shirts, après-ski drinks, etc.). We’re within walking distance of amazing restaurants—no car needed!
🪙 How To Join:
This trip fills fast, and spots are confirmed only once payment is received. We try to keep rooming gender-balanced, so if you RSVP “yes” but don’t send payment, your spot may be released to the next rider ready to roll.

💸 Refund Policy:
45+ days before trip: 100% refund
14–44 days before: 50% refund
0–13 days: no refund
