An inclusive and welcoming Art Club for young creatives aged 14 -18yrsIn this workshop, participants aged 14 to 18 years old will be encouraged to develop new works in their sketchbooks inspired by a variety of artists and techniques. This workshop is an exploration of using sketchbooks and testing ideas. It is perfect for artists new to these ideas as well as those who want to develop their sketchbooks further. You will be shown how to make your own sketchbooks and how the use of everyday materials, from around the home can make interesting artworks.
Each session will be focussing on one artist or art style and consist of exercises to help get your experimentation started. There is no pressure to produce a complete piece of work by the end of each session. The sessions provide a supportive opportunity and space for you to experiment and relax.
This workshop will take place within our new space in Broad St Mall.
