An 8-week expressive arts group for emotional healing and creative reflection.Join us for a transformative journey through art, emotion, and self-discovery. Each 90-minute session weaves together guided art prompts, personal reflection, and evidence-based insight from psychology and philosophy in a welcoming, supportive space. No art skills required, just bring your story and a willingness to explore.
Facilitated by emerging mental health professionals with clinical training, this group offers both creative freedom and compassionate guidance.
Mondays | 6:00–7:30 PM
$25 per session | $175 for all 8 (get one session free!)
