Sketch Sessions: Ceramics at Oak and Bryant

Panel One Sketch Sessions presents this very exciting partnership with Oak and Bryant ceramics studio. We have 10 spaces available for this free session to have hands-on experiences with clay in a professional ceramics studio. Oak and Bryant is located in the beautiful Inglewood area with a coffee shop right around the corner.

All are welcome. You do not need to be a member of Panel One to participate.

Hello there! I’m Danielle, the owner of oak & bryant ceramic studio. Getting into ceramics happening by accident, i was studying architecture at city college of San Francisco with every intention of transferring to UC Berkeley to pursue an undergraduate degree. In order to transfer I had to take a couple electives and one was an art class, i randomly chose ceramics because the campus it was taught at is gorgeous and I fell in love immediately. I graduated with an associates degree in architecture and started pursuing ceramics full time after that.

I do not have a formal education in ceramics, other than the 3 classes I took in college, but have spent the last 7 years learning as much as i can about this craft. I’ve attended workshops all over California, Anderson Ranch in Snowmass Village CO, and countless online classes over the pandemic.

My goal is to make ceramics approachable.
