Beginner scribblers, seasoned professional artists, and everyone in-between! Let's meet at the beautiful Nanaimo Museum, 100 Museum Way, for a non-guided sketching and chit-chat session, Saturday, February 15th at 10am for about two hours.The museum asks that our group pay up-front on the day, in one transaction. Admission is by donation, at least $2, which I will pay to the museum. I will assume parties who register "interested" as well as “attending” for this event will be participating for this total - so please be mindful of your RSVP. You may toss a toonie at me when you arrive. Not too hard though please.
Also, the museum asks that we please be respectful of other groups, programs, and especially school field trips that may be happening simultaneously to our visit.
Things to bring: Your sketchbook, and your favourite drawing implements. Chairs will be available at the museum.
