We have planned an exciting day of sketching in nearby Baraboo!Baraboo is a historic town in Sauk County with lots of great sights to sketch. If you come for the whole day there will be at least two full sketch sessions and more if you sketch during lunch too. Carpooling is reccomended if you want to stick with the group. Or you can follow the schedule below on your own and meet up with us along the way. All times are approximate.
8:30 AM - Departure - Leave Lakeview Park in Middleton
6300 Mendota Ave, Middleton (Send a note if we should hold a seat for you)
9:15-10:00 SKI-HI Fruit Farm - Warm Up Sketch and Coffee, Apples!, E11219A Ski Hi Rd, Ste A, Baraboo, WI 53913

10:00-10:15 Drive to Devils Lake
North Entrance S5975 Park Rd, Baraboo, State Vehicle admission sticker or entry fee of $13 per in-state car
10:15-12:15 Sketch session at the North Shore Chateau
Devils Lake State Park
12:05 Throw down near Chateau

12:15 - 2:00 Drive to downtown Baraboo and Lunch at local restaurants, Either on your own or meet up with group for lunch
2:00 - 4:00 Sketch sights of your choice in downtown Baraboo
Ringling Theater, Court House, Mansion, Street Scape, Shops etc.
3:50 - Throw down at the Cannon on the square
In front of Court House and across the street from 524 Oak Street
