This sacred journey is a powerful ritual of remembrance — a return to the innocence, truth, and freedom of the child within.
Through breathwork, meditation, cacao, smudging, sound, and the primal act of the scream, we release pain, shame, fear, and suppression.
We make space for gratitude, authenticity, and love to flow freely once more — grounding the experience in nourishment and community while we share a healing soup prepared by Granny Green 💚 🙏
1. Arrival and open circle, smudging with 4 sacred medicines , intention setting (speak from the heart: “Today, I am ready to release…” or “Today, I am ready to remember…”).
Together we will set the intention to reconnect with the innocent heart of the inner child — the part that still believes in joy, safety, and magic. We will play a short ice breaker game as well.
2. Cacao Ceremony and Guided Meditation: "Connecting to the heart of the inner child", Integration & Sharing ⭕ 🧘♀️ ❤️
3.- Breathwork and Scream Release 🫁 🌬️
4. Closing affirmations 🔥 fire release and warm, nutritious, healing soup 🍲
5.- Open circle time ⭕
Please dress warm, bring a chair, a mat or a blanket.
This is a FREE event but we accept and encourage a heart donation for supplies. There will be a donation box at the event. TIA
