About this Event
Clyde Cycle Park will be open on Friday evening 6pm-7.30 to facilitate a safe space for people to come and skate. We have a 250m tarmac skills loop built to British Cycling specifications, so its really smooth and ideal for skating on! We do not have any skates, so you must bring your own. A helmet and knee pads are advised if you have them.
There will not be a coach at this session, and we will not teach people how to skate. If this is something people are interested in, we can explore it further if there is demand.
This is open to adults, children and families. Only skates will be allowed on the track during this time, and all skaters are responsible for themselves. All under 18's must be accompanied by an adult.
The session is £3 per person and is payable on the day.
There is a car park on Dale Avenue and we have a portaloo toilet at the park.
Photos may be taken on the day for use on our website and social media pages, please let a staff member of Clyde Cycle Park know if you do not want to be in photos.
