During this working session, we will review what our preconstruction staff looks for when proposals are submitted for an upcoming project bid. We will review some example prosposals and point out the different characteristics that are essential to our bid review.

Finally, we will go through what a typical bid form looks like on our projects and what is expected when submitting a bid using our bid platform.
