Wear your favorite Christmas pajamas and join us at our next meeting on Tuesday, November 12th in the basement conference room at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital. We will begin at 6:30pm with a Soup, Sandwich, & Salad dinner followed by a short business session and then the Dirty Santa Sock Game! 🎅🏼🧦How do we play the Dirty Santa Sock Game, you ask?
1) Buy a pair of Christmas socks or socks with fun designs.
2) Fill the two socks with little goodies like chocolates, nail polish, Christmas ornaments, gloves, lip balm, holiday earrings, any little gifts you think someone would enjoy! But…spend no more than $15 on all the gifts.
3) Tie the socks together with a bow or ribbon.
4) Do not put your name on them.
5) Bring the socks to the meeting and leave them on the table with all the others.
6) When it is time to play, each person will draw a number and that number will determine the order that we’ll go to the dock table to choose a pair to open. Number 1 goes first.
7) Just like a regular Dirty Santa game, the next person in line can either steal from someone else or choose from the table.
8) socks can be stolen up to 3 times. The third person to steal gets to keep them.
9) This continues until everyone has a turn. The very last person to take a turn is the person who drew the number 1.
This is soooo much fun and everyone gets a fun gift with a cozy pair of socks to take home!
Feel free to bring an appetizer, salad or dessert to share if you’d like. Members will provide the soup, sandwiches and other goodies. Bring your own drinks!! Be sure to wear your jammies!!
All women, ages 8 to 108, are welcome!
