A favorite tradition of San Jose Downtown Association members returns Dec. 10 when the Year in Review public meeting wraps up 2021 on the big screen of the Hammer Theater, presents the Golden Nail Award, and fetes board members who have reached the end of their terms. For the first time, attendees can choose how they want to participate. They can show up in person at Hammer Theatre Center or watch from home online.
