Sixth Street Community Center is hosting a four course dinner fundraiser by Chef Bettina Yung. Featuring farm fresh produce, this four course dinner will also include wine and beer.
All proceeds will go towards sustaining SSCC's Food Distribution Program that has provided free access to farm fresh produce to thousands of food-insecure families in the Lower East Side of NYC since April 2020. When purchasing your ticket, please honor what you are able to pay while keeping in mind that we are aiming to raise as much funds as possible to sustain our critical work.

This dinner is limited to 40 guests and will be held at Sixth Street Community Center.

Bettina Yung is a chef whose wide-ranging culinary inspiration is rooted primarily from the Cantonese American cooking she grew up with in the suburbs of Los Angeles. Coming from a background in fine arts, her practice prioritizes nourishment through connection and creativity. Yung is based in NYC, where she has worked in restaurants and independently catered pop-ups or event-based projects. She currently works as a private chef. Drawing from her rich, diverse range of experiences as well as her dedicated interest in seasonality, she aspires to feed folks with an intersectional lens and approach.
