To purchase your One in the Spirit banquet ticket, please contact your Pastor or Presiding Elder. The cost of the ticket is $100.00. You must have a Banquet ticket to be admitted into the banquet hall.
Saturday, March 29, 2025 @ 8:30 am Business Session
The events will take place at the Rainwater Conference Center, 1 Meeting Place, Valdosta, GA 31601. The host pastor is Reverend Anthony Robins and the host presiding elder is Reverend Dr. Andre’ C. Loyd, Jr.

One In the Spirit Banquet
To purchase your One in the Spirit Banquet ticket, please contact your Pastor or Presiding Elder. The cost of the ticket is $100.00. You must have a Banquet ticket to be admitted into the banquet hall.
Spring Gathering Registration
The Spring Gathering Business Session registration cost is $50.00.
The registration is set up by Regions and Districts. It is important that you register in the correct Region. It is equally important that you select the correct Presiding Elder for your District.

Reminders for Spring Gathering registration:
- Registration is $50.00 when paying your Elder directly; $54.57 if you pay through Eventbrite; and there is no cost for children and youth (ages 17 and under).
- If you paid $50.00 to your Elder, please enter the following Promo Code: PaidElderSpring25 and hit APPLY. The Joint Board of Finance will confirm your payment during the onsite registration process.
