Join Donna for this six-week lunchtime yoga course focused on restorative and gentle practices providing a wonderful way to help recharge and reset during the busy day.

Taught in a supportive, fun and engaging way under the caring guidance of your experienced heart centred teacher – you will gain all the basics you need to feel safe and confident in your body and on the yoga mat.
You will be introduced to accessible postures (asana), breathing practices (pranayama) and deep relaxation in every session.
Weaving guidance and cues for anatomical alignment in Standing and Seated Postures, Gentle Twists, exploring Balancing, and Hip Opening to release holding and tension, stiffness and limited mobility.

“Throughout the course, I emphasise the importance of listening to your body, taking modifications as needed, and cultivating a sense of inner peace and relaxation during each session. Encouraging all participants to carry the lessons learned on the mat into your life, fostering mindfulness and well-being. This is integration, unity, yoga”.
