Join our 6-week Iyengar Yoga Foundation Course from 8th September - 14th October 2025 (Tuesday evenings 18:30-19:30) Designed specifically for beginners and those who haven’t practiced in a while. Whether you’re new to yoga or looking to reestablish your practice, this course offers a comprehensive introduction to the principles and techniques of Iyengar Yoga.
Led by Peter, the course focuses on building a strong foundation by teaching the basic asanas (postures) and the correct alignment for each pose. We emphasise the use of props such as blocks, straps, and blankets to assist in achieving proper alignment, making the practice accessible to everyone.
Develop a solid foundation in Iyengar Yoga, enabling you to confidently continue your practice or progress to general classes. Our welcoming community and supportive environment make it a perfect space to get started.
