How Habit Tracking Works:
We will track the 8 habits and communicate throughout the challenge using the NWPT app. You will be added into a "Fall Reset" group on the app with other participants and program leader Sherri McMillan. Here you will be able to track your habits, receive workouts, nutrition info, and other relevant fitness education from Sherri, discuss how the reset is going, and get advice/support from a community of like-minded individuals who share your passion for becoming the best version of themselves!
Virtual Option:
Whether you're traveling or at home, our NWPT app ensures you stay connected even if you're never physically in the studio. Virtually track progress, communicate with teammates and trainers, and never miss a beat.
