Come practice self-love and self-care with Crystal Bailey. Join me for six weeks in an intimate setting and begin your yoga journey. Watch how you become more mindful, handle stress in a healthier way, and expand your sense of well-being.🧘🏻♂️✨
You will learn foundational yoga postures, breathwork, terms frequently used in yoga classes, yoga philosophy, and yoga studio etiquette. This class is perfect for brand new students or students who have been away from their practice for a while. The first step is showing up! ⚡

We have two different sessions available:
🌅 Morning Sessions: Every Monday from 8:30 AM – 9:30 AM
🌙 Evening Sessions: Every Monday from 7:15 PM – 8:15 PM
