Activity Name: 6-Week Beginner Graphite Pencil Drawing Course

Class Dates: Saturdays April 26 May 3 10 17 24 & 31 from 11am-2pm
Activity Description: An experienced instructor will guide you step-by-step in drawing the essential components of a realistic portrait using graphite pencils. This is a beginner level course that will allow students to learn the building blocks of a portrait drawing and gain the skills and experience necessary to step into a future portrait drawing course.

Additional Information: This workshop takes place once every week for six weeks. Each class session will include instruction on how to draw different components of a face including eyes nose mouth ears etc. Each session is approximately 3 hours long. This is a total of 18 hours of instruction over the course of the workshop. Students must register at least 24 hours in advance. Attendance at all 6 sessions is strongly encouraged as this class is a pre-requisite for a portrait drawing class to be held at the conclusion of this workshop.
