Hell Fire Jack
Hell Fire Jack is an explosive brutal blues duo from North Yorkshire, England.
Established in 2012, this Yorkshire powerhouse comprises Alex Trewhitt on guitar/vocals alongside Jack Fleming on drums. Combining elements of delta blues, desert and stoner rock, the duo creates a unique twist that takes the listener into uncharted, turbulent waters.
A strong reference to mental instability, insecurity and a constant struggle with modern life is evident in many of the duo’s songs. Despite this morose, almost inherently depressive lyrical content, the delivery is anything but. Their ‘wall of sound’ live sets are fast-paced and uncompromising with fuzzed-up riffs, hard-hitting beats and a fierce vocal delivery.

Having already gathered distinguished support from Planet Rock, Powerplay, BBC Radio One and more, the EP’s lead single ’Through The Looking Glass’ showcases a sound that is drench with stout riffery, stimulating phrasing, and entrancing vocal lines, with comparisons drawn to Biffy Clyro, Royal Blood, Architects and Spiritbox.
Penny Skint
Penny Skint are an Alt-Rock Trio set on delivering the realities of real struggles in an un-ignorable wall of uncomfortably truthful lyrics, heavy hitting distorted guitar, thundering drums, rumbling bass and melodies to sink deep into your psyche. With a touch of chaos and class, the three-piece pair indie and blues rock with a dark twist. The only ambition, to leave absolutely everything on stage with visceral honesty in an attempt to escape stagnation with heavy hitting self reflection.
On the precipice of their first single release, the band are attacking 2024 without restraint, It starts with “Rage”. We are proudly Penny Skint, all or nothing, nothing to lose.
