- Dhyana - Through Mediation we can soothe the anxious soul
- Samadhi - Feel the Connection of Bliss
Each week, we will host an engaging activity to help you sleep better, choose foodstuffs more mindfully, offer a movement experience, and the support to help you commit to a yogic (and less stressful) lifestyle. Move towards well-being through daily habits that we will hone over six weeks.
Want more? Join us for our annual Ayurvedic Health Coach experience and embark on a journey exploring Yoga's Sister Science, Ayurveda. Upon completion, you will receive a certificate from Edge Yoga School as an Ayurvedic Health Coach.
