Looking for a mini retreat morning? Purchase the mini retreat ticket and get access to this Healing Sounds Meditation 10am-11am, along with Qigong class 9am-10am and Reiki-infused Hypnotherapy 11am-12pm.

A powerful and deeply soothing meditation combining breath, sound, visualisation, gentle movement and intention to support emotional healing and internal harmony.

In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), each emotion is paired with a specific organ. When emotions are repressed or unprocessed, they can become stored within the body, creating imbalance. In this class, we send focused healing energy to each organ through movement, sound vibration, and gentle touch, allowing the body to release what it no longer needs and begin the process of self-healing.

Each of the Six Healing Sounds is linked to one of the organ systems and its associated emotion. You’ll be guided to gently release stored emotions, calm the nervous system, and reconnect to your body’s natural rhythm.

This practice is rooted in Qigong, blending somatic awareness with vibrational sound to create space for healing, clarity, and calm. Movements are gentle and suitable for all levels.

Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, emotionally heavy, or simply in need of a pause, this practice offers a regenerative space to reset and reconnect.
