Classes will be on Thursday mornings from 8:00 AM to 12:00 Noon with the following schedule:

- April 9th - Addressing Poor Performance
- April 23rd - Building and Sustaining Trust
- May 7th - Resolving Workplace Conflict

The course equips current and emerging leaders with practical, behavior-based skills in communication, coaching, goal setting, performance management, trust-building and conflict resolution. Each four-hour session combines instruction with skills practice, group discussion, and real-world application.
