January is brutally slow for restaurants and we're all cooped up against the cold. So let's be social. Come share a meal inspired by the big, multi-generational Italian gatherings that defined restaurateur Vic Christopher's childhood at home and in Brooklyn Italian restaurants.
Without the formality of a talk, Vic will kick off with his hospitality story that starts with indie film-making in the '90s, a passion for baseball that led from the Mets to Troy and the Valley Cats before opening the Lucas Confectionery and Peck's Arcade. Now with 6 businesses under the Clark House Hospitality umbrella, Vic's chosen family-style menu will have us sharing:
- antipasto
- rigatoni alla vodka, Vic's grandmother's classic meatballs + sautéed broccoli rabe
- cannoli dip

*A vegetarian meatball option and gluten-free pasta can be made available by prior arrangement, but we cannot accomodate dietary restrictions on the day due to the family-style nature of the meal.
